Recording
We offer recording from a single instrument to large ensembles. Our 1000 sq. ft. live room is acoustically treated for clean sound. The overdub room is acoustically dead.
Mixing
Studio C offers precise monortoring from Barefoot Speakers in addition to a full line of vintage analog equipment. There is also a full line of digital plugins in ProTools to modify your sound.
Mastering
Mastering is the final stage of produced music. This will conform the recorded songs for similar acoustics, level and quality. The studio understands the difference of dynamics and level.
Media Transfer
We are able to transfer recordings from old tape, records, ADAT, DA 98 and Wave sources to ProTools and then to CD or streaming media.We have home style tape machines and 78rpm record player
CD Duplication
The studio is able to produce small runs of CD’s including artwork (less than 50 units). We job out larger quantities of CD’s including proofing of content.
Production
Sam York is able to provider production services in adding, changing or subtracting musical elements, interest orfeelings. He is adept at many musical styles and will strive to fill your needs
Editing
Sam York is able to to edit your recording either as a classical edit i.e from two different performances or protools edit ie composite edit. He is able to edit from a marked score.
Graphic Design
Sam York is able to to create design of CD’s and accompanying paper work and arrange for pictures and/or video. He can help you upload your artwork to GRACENOTE.
